  • Cator to Women: Family dynamics are changing. Women are advancing in the workforce, waiting to get married and waiting to have children. Women have money and are key decision makers.
  • Cator to the Aging: Today's typical household is older, and they're staying in their homes much longer than previous generations. 
  • Cator to multi-family Living: A high population of people cannot afford to buy a house. 
  • Cator to Renovation needs: Because people are staying put and not moving like they used to, home renovation is a profitable sector.
