Minneapolis/St. Paul Ranks as a Top City for New Construction  

McGraw-Hill and Forbes teamed up to report on the top 20 cities with the most new construction in 2011. Data was taken from the Metropolitan Statistical Areas (MSAs) to find where the most money was spent on new construction nationwide.
